Harper Carpet Care guarantees all of the services that we provide. If something is not to your satisfaction, we will do whatever it takes to remedy the situation. Our guidelines state that any carpet or upholstery that has a stain reappear within five days of our initial cleaning will be reinspected and subsequently recleaned if deemed necessary.
